BASIC DETAILS
ADMIN · SERVICE SETUP
This sends a bounded campaign and prospect sample to the telephony service. It does not create or import Nexus prospects.
ADMIN · CAMPAIGN NUMBERS
Each number belongs to one campaign. Agents dialing a campaign share its numbers, and each agent keeps one number for the whole session. Manual calls can use any enabled number your organization owns.

Previewing never reserves a prospect. The controller claims a small number only at launch.
